Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This information is used to operate the site, monitor for abuse, and understand general traffic patterns.

Cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses a minimal set of functional cookies required for basic website operation.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

Third-Party Services

Our contact form submissions are processed through a Cloudflare Pages serverless function and delivered to our company email via Mailgun (a transactional email service). Mailgun's privacy policy is available at mailgun.com. We use Google Fonts for typography — Google may record font requests as part of standard CDN operations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with marketing companies, data brokers, or any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period after — typically up to three years — for project follow-up, warranty inquiries, and business records. Project contracts and documentation are retained longer per standard construction-industry recordkeeping practices.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you submit, including encryption in transit (our website uses HTTPS) and access controls for internal systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices
