SilverBullet Inc. is looking for skilled tradespeople who want to be part of a crew — not just a job site. Veteran-owned, W-2 employed, and built on a standard that doesn't cut corners.
We built SilverBullet on one belief: if you treat your people right, they'll treat your customers right. Everything follows from that.
You're on our payroll — not a 1099 sub juggling gigs. That means stable income, proper withholding, and the security of knowing your job is real.
We pay what the work is worth. No lowballing, no bait-and-switch. Your rate reflects your skill level, your reliability, and what you bring to the crew.
Our culture comes from military service — show up, do the work, take care of your team. No drama, no politics. Just a crew that executes and holds each other accountable.
We work on challenging, high-quality residential and commercial jobs — not cookie-cutter flips. You'll build work you can point at and say: I did that.
Steady work flow across Naperville and the western suburbs means you're not sitting idle between jobs. Full-time means full-time — we plan for it.
You're not a number here. Everyone on the crew knows each other, communicates directly, and has a say. When we win, everyone wins.
Do what you say you'll do
Commitments are kept. Deadlines are met. If something comes up, you communicate it — you don't disappear.
Take pride in the craft
We're not trying to be fast-and-cheap. We're trying to build things that last. If it's not right, we make it right — before we leave.
Respect every jobsite
Customers are trusting us in their homes and businesses. We treat their space like it's our own — clean, careful, and professional every day.
Look out for the team
The person next to you on the jobsite is counting on you. We lift each other up, share what we know, and never leave someone hanging.
No shortcuts, ever
Permits get pulled. Inspections get passed. Work gets done the right way even when no one is watching. That's the standard — not the exception.
"In the SeaBees, the motto is Can Do. We built SilverBullet on that same idea — you show up, you figure it out, and you don't quit until the job is done right."
